Recharging

I got a lot of sleep this weekend. Sunday, really, since Saturday was another early morning so I could drive an hour to get to the funeral. I was just too tired to do anything but sleep on Sunday morning. Once I actually got vertical, I got some things done - I started to get more stuff unpacked this weekend and made some headway toward being settled in, for my room to feel like MY room. And I watched Girl With A Pearl Earring. Wow, what a good movie. It kept my mind working long after it was over. Highly recommended! There is such understated sensuality and emotion in the film. Scarlett Johannson and the entire cast did a really good job, her especially, as she didn't say much at all. It's a splendidly made movie. It's on HBO this month. Watch it.
