Thirty-Five G's a month is pretty extravagant and almost entirely unnecessary, but I'm writing because I think entertainers take a bad rap in areas like this. Entertainers like Diddy, Oprah, and other movie stars, television personalities, musicians and pro athletes get a hard time about this, I think, because they're in the public eye. I honestly doubt that Puffy's kids get any more lavish a life than most children of people with assets in the hundreds of millions of dollars range. It's that these are mostly businessmen who are only in the public eye when they get mentioned in a wall street journal article.

Very true. It's just rare to actually hear these kinds of numbers.
