Election Night

11pm and all's well... is it? The returns so far are for President Bush... we'll see how things shake out. My head feels like a bucket again. I wonder if it's because I'm sitting under a vent at work that is often way too cold.... I felt fine for the vast majority of the day. hm... Anyway, I hope that voting wasn't the disaster everyone predicted it would or could have been across the country. So far, things appear to be pretty smooth. No need for international monitoring - we are a civilized nation, although not all of us are. And even then, some people are just very passionate about their politics, and lose a measure of control in expressing their passion. We have to love them, too. Who did I vote for? I'm not telling. If you happen to be in Hawaii or Alaska... make up your own mind. Spin yourself up on the issues and vote accordingly. My handle is Siryn, and I approved this blog.
