Out and About

I've been a busy bee lately. Aside from work, I've been keeping my social life fairly active. Friday night, my cousin came up and we went out to Modern in Georgetown. WOW, that's good music. Plus I got to dance with this very cute guy who passed my heel test (barely, though - lol). Closest thing I've had to sex in almost ... hm. Never mind. :) I've been hanging out with the gals from church, and we've started hanging out with this group of guys from church. It's been good, in the sense that we can have nice guy friends with no pressure. Healthy interaction, without the drama. Yesterday we went snow tubing at this facility in Pennsylvania near the Maryland border, toward the western part of Maryland past Hagerstown. That was a fun trip. I'd never been snow tubing before, and I'd definitely do it again. Would you believe that I bit it coming down the hill? lol... I got a good running start but wasn't really in control of the tube and I eventually spilled out of it. It was hilarious. Then afterward we went to Benihana in Georgetown for dinner to celebrate one of the gals' birthday. Afterward, we went to a housewarming party for one of the guys. I didn't get home until about 3am. It was a long day, but very good. Today was more hanging out before and after church for dinner, and it was a very pleasant way to end the weekend. Now, it's supposed to snow.... eesh. Let me not think about that, and just keep the nice weekend in my heart, to keep me warm...
