...miles, according to my cyclometer. That's how much I rode today. Wow. I am tuckered out and sleepy now. Woke up early this morning to hit up another USO care package stuffing party with friends. That was good... the party stuffed over 10,000 care packages and have been doing so for the last several months. It's really rewarding. Went to lunch afterward, but when it was over there was enough sunshine for me to ride all the way down to Mount Vernon from Arlington, and back. That's a 36-mile round trip. Wow. The exercise was good, helped to clean out my lungs of all the junk that has been in it while I was sick. I'm just so sleepy now, got the jammies on and everything... nitenite :)
