D'oh!

My small group from church is trying to get some service projects together. One of the things we wanted to do was participate in Habitat for Humanity, the organization that builds affordable housing for low-income people. There was supposed to be an organizational meeting tonight, but it must have been canceled, as no one was there for H4H. So I went downtown for nothin'! D'oh! Maybe another night... We might be forfeiting tomorrow's game in soccer... not enough people are going to be around and especially our star players! Ouch. Stay tuned... maybe we'll be able to pull something out. Even so, I wouldn't mind not playing - I'm still a little "green" from my cold, if you can figure out what I mean. The last thing I'd really want is to be on the field for a couple of hours so I can hack my lungs up. But then, that would be good for getting the mucus out of me. Hmmm, nice - I hope you weren't eating when you read that. :) At least it's nice to be home on a Thursday. Survivor's on in a few minutes! And I'm taping, so I might even get a nap or just straight go to bed early. We'll see... No legal conundra to chew on today - at least none that I want to discuss right now, really. Though I am learning a thing or two about lis pendens... legal life is getting interesting.
