Here is my conundrum, in the second sense of the word: Where the hell am I going to go for New Year's Eve? I've been here 2 months and haven't gone out. When I did, it was back down in Washington at a place I could trust for decent dancing space and a nice mix of people. So I started looking around on the web to start finding some decent places in this city. I don't feel like spending an arm and a leg, but I want to get gussied up and enjoy my youth while I still have it. Plus, a friend of mine might come up here for the new year - us girls need a good place to cut a rug! Too much to do in too little time, I fear, to find a place that won't make me cranky on the best night of the year! I guess I still have some more work to do. I have a couple of places in mind, but... hell, without going, there is no way to know what the crowd is like! Sigh. Too much work...
