Into the Fire

This week, I've been just getting the feel for what this firm does - and that is a lot of defense work for construction companies. I have been inundated in medical reports of construction workers that don't want to go back to work, or can't, due to injuries. Interesting, and sad, some of these. I just hope I'm not losing my soul here. Tomorrow, though, I'm getting my first big case. It's in an expedited discovery phase, and it's going to be hot. I envision it like the burning train that flies by Tom Cruise in War of the Worlds. On fire, and moving like hell. I'm getting it tomorrow, and the thing is due Monday. Grand, eh? Gotta love it!
